Bennett Architectural Designs is a well established and respected company based in Market Lavington, Wiltshire. Our work base is wide and varied, although as time goes on, our average project size is growing. We undertake projects from small extensions and structural condition surveys up to multi million pound residential developments and nursing homes.

THE SERVICES WE OFFER

New Build Developments.

For Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Leisure. Appraisal/sketch schemes, full planning layouts, full working drawings, details, development layouts, external works and landscaping layouts, engineering layouts, finishing schedules, road and sewer sections and details, service layouts, deed plan layouts etc. Preparation and submission of planning, listed building consent, conservation area consent and building regulations applications. NHBC, section 104 & 38 submissions. Carry out negotiations as necessary with local authorities and service companies. Prepare tender documents, invite contractors to tender. Administration and Supervision of the contract and building works.

Standard House Types.

Development of "Standard House Types", either using your own or use of our portfolio of over 400 types, preparing floor plans, planning drawings and full working drawings, altering existing types as required.

Extension's and Refurbishment's.

Carry out a measured survey of the property, prepare sketch scheme for your approval, prepare fall plans as required. Preparation and submission of planning, listed building consent, conservation area consent and building regulations applications as necessary. Carry out negotiations with local authorities. Prepare a detailed specification as required, invite contractors to tender, prepare contract documents, carry out supervision of the works as required. A planned maintenance schedule can be prepared for re-windowing contracts or similar improvements or maintenance requirements.
