A message from Nigel

The most exciting thing I have learned in my business career is that individual people and teams working together can achieve amazing things when the right knowledge and commitment are teamed with enthusiasm and clear, achievable goals. This is why I am excited to be a business coach with Action International, helping people and businesses achieve what they want.

I started my career armed with an economics degree and have spent much of it in marketing and sales in the healthcare industry, managing businesses in the UK and Western Europe. I have managed sales teams and product launches and seen people achieve incredible results with a clear focus on what they want to achieve. I have also taken the lead in successfully rebuilding the performance of a complex $300m business in Western Europe, focusing teams across the continent on change and delivering superior results.

Outside work I am married with two school-age children and one dog. I have a passion for sailing which has taken me across the Indian and South Atlantic Oceans, as well as local reservoirs and the English Channel.
