Simon and Lisa Jacobs, with Claire Markwell and Kirsten Allnutt are the faces of Winkworth in Devizes. Between them they have lived and worked in the area for much of their adult lives and when the opportunity came to open a local branch of the international chain, Winkworth, in one of the best offices in Devizes, they jumped at the chance. Franchisee Simon was a former Captain with the Household Cavalry before moving into land and estate agency a decade ago. His wife, and fellow franchisee Lisa has a background in marketing and they are joined by ex BBC director, Claire who has worked in estate agency both locally and further afield for many years. The final member of the team is Kirsten who has worked in agency since leaving college. The team are well established and bring local connections, energy and expertise together with a remarkable national network. Winkworth Devizes specialises in a discreet and bespoke service and offers clear and well informed advice to both those looking to sell and their potential purchasers. As the first national estate agency to open in Devizes, Winkworth brings a local presence to represent the middle to upper end of the market that has historically, gone to agencies outside the area.
